Return rules:

• If You wish to return or exchange a purchased item, You are free to do this within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item.
• The refund amount is deposited into the bank account specified by the customer within 14 working days.
• If You paid for the items by a payment card, the amount will be refunded via the selected system into the same bank account.
• In case of a return, the Buyer shall comply with the following conditions: the returned item shall be placed in the original undamaged packaging; the item shall not be damaged; the item shall not be used and shall be undamaged; the item shall be unused and have the same marketable appearance (labels, protective film intact, etc.) (the clause does not apply, in case of return of an item of inferior quality); the returned item shall have.
• The returned item shall be unworn, undamaged, and have its original marketable appearance.
• NOTE: socks, knee-high socks and similar articles cannot be returned or exchange for health or hygiene reasons in accordance with Article 6.22810.
• Each item carries a supplier’s warranty covering manufacturing defects and other defects not related to regular use of the item or environmental exposure.
• You can return the item or exchange it to an item of a different size or model.
• The returned items shall be placed into an additional protective packaging (intended for transportation) (ex.: a box or protective envelope).
