Return rules:

• The Buyer has the right to return a defective product or a product which does not match the product specified in the order.
• The Buyer can return the product within 14 days of its receipt.
• Before returning the product, the Buyer must inform the Seller about the return. This can be done by the following contacts: +37069825355, spaakropolis@sugihara.lt
• The refund is made to the account specified by the Buyer within 14 days from the moment when the returned item reaches the Seller.
• When returning the products, the Buyer must make sure that: the returned product is in the original and orderly packaging; the products must be intact; the products must be unused and have not lost their commercial value (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.) (this clause does not apply when defective products are returned); the returned products must be of the same set as the Buyer received it.
